The funny doujins are nice but I prefer this dark and dramatic doujins and Silver did a good job.

And to the question what happened with HomuHomu's parents; it's pretty clear that they are dead. Some fans have the theory that Homu is an orphan and lived most of her live in a katholic internat. (Well she was in a katholic school after all.) Which makes a lot of sense to me. She's an anime character, it's normal that they doesn't have any parents.

(But I think Butcher and the others don't have any time to work on the concept or don't want to give any information)

What a beautifully written doujin. This is unlike anything Silver has ever done, and I love it, this has be her best work by far. I'll definitely come back to read this again someday.

It's my view that a universe with both Homura and Madoka is the ultimate solution. After all, light can't exist without darkness, meaning that Madoka and Homura are basically Yin and Yang. Ergo, they have to end up together, in order to achieve true balance, because they're two sides of the same coin.

Probably the best "serious" doujin I've read in a long time.
