Agreed. I know that why all the dramatic/tension stuff like: "So you like me? What does she mean by "like?" She means like a friend right. It must be a misunderstanding? blah blah blah" exists and why is nearly universal in longer-running yuri (and most all romance stories), but to see them skipping from a first kiss straight into laying down relationship rules was funny, and it was actually SUPER refreshing to see the story immediately acknowledge "Okay so this is exactly what it looks like and everyone's on the same page" even though it's only a few pages so it's not like they could have drawn it out. I'd like to see more instances like this in longer-running series--as it stands they tend to end pretty much immediately after they actually acknowledge their mutual feelings.
A relationship where people are up front about their feelings to one another? That could never work out!
In all seriousness, this was adorable, but stuff like what you mentioned isn't exactly unrealistic, especially for two girls who haven't exactly realised they're lesbians, but yea it doesn't have the instant gratification that people expect now a days.
Edit: hope that didn't come out as condescending, I prefer it when two girls are together rather than not, don't get me wrong. XD
