I have a short attention span so it's partly my fault that mine go nowhere. It's one of the reasons I've stopped arguing on here. Easier to lurk.

lol I gotta say, you have some of the briefest, straight-to-the-point posts on here, which is not a bad thing at all. It adds some variety. :)

There are some great posts here, so if you ever do feel like checking them out, I would recommend it.

And I agree, Nora89. To me, the difference is rooted in either empathy or how much they understood the story, if they take things as is or read more into it. Generally speaking, not all, of course.

oh no, I can go on my autopilot mode.. and still prove them wrong. I figured much how ignoring panels and clues is correlated with some expectations, POVs and perceptions.

I don't blame it. You deserve some ego boost with this chapter.

But again, it ain't over till it's over! I would hold off a bit until the end (but feel free to do whatever you want :D).

you are right, still doesn't change the fact that I've not even once faced a "Team Blond" who could withstand an argument with me with out losing to their own logic (I don't have to convince or be convinced.. it suffices for me to point out where their argument fell)

since we are at it, by chance I happened to see a screenshot of a FB commenter who claimed to be a Psychologist with an actual qualification.. she claimed also that Sungji suffered from "asperger's syndrome", she is also "Team Blond" I hope she reads this forum.. so we could discuss it a bit. She demanded to be logically only talked with since she a psychologist and all. Our discussion on this point will definitely improve her career.

That was very apparent to me as well when I started to read this forum.

she claimed also that Sungji suffered from "asperger's syndrome"

Interesting... I did think along those lines too. Maybe that's why she's a Team Blonde? Because she interacts with patients on a regularly basis with similar disorders, so she has more empathy towards them.

I'd be interested too in this "psychologist"

Was this just on the facebook page or the actual group?

My ex has aspergers.

don't know for sure.. but I got her name in there: Shanna R. Clankie

My ex has aspergers.

so at least you know how deeply cracked this argument is
I swear I won't go all Seju's army on her or anything.. I just need her to list the symptoms of "asperger's syndrome" and remind me of the supportive scenes or panels.. that's all !

Sungi has friends, family, relationship and a job. She is not socially awkward, it's other that people feel awkward around her because of her beauty. I am not sure why people think she has a condition.

Team pink don't celebrate yet. Gaji needs to justify why sumin would go back to Seju in the event that Sungi breakup with her again.... Sumin is echoing the same self doubt, guilt, fear, mistrust. Things are not looking good for either team tbh.

If not Asperger's specifically, then something within the autism spectrum. It could possibly be argued that Sungji has it, but that doesn't change where the story is going though. I'm not sure if she could argue sufficiently about the ending.

On another note, if anyone reads the WDTFS fan Facebook page, the comments are frustrating... People really didn't read this story closely or are just letting their bias blind them from seeing the good in every character. There are some more understanding comments at least.

Oh gad.. the people over there -_- you could see most of them throwing hate as soon as they saw the preview and laugh when they saw that it was only a dream..they would probably lose their shit if the endgame is SuminxSeju..that would be damn hilarious..but I know most will be alright when the endgame is SuminxSungji..lol

her claim is dangerous, makes me really lose trust in psychologists.. this is an unforgivable mistake when made by a professional.
other comments made by her failed deeply in identifying cause and effect.. the action and reaction.. basic basic stuff. and as Foxy lady mentioned: classical conditioning(S-R) and behavioral science.
I don't want to jump and say that the degree was a false claim.. but this is too much!

and yes for Sungji, she doesn't suffer from anything.. she is just eccentric in personality (refer to Dr. David Weeks writings & articles in NYT and the Guardians to understand what that is).. and also her passionate sex with Sumin in ch68,69 are all "Hysterical bonding" which again, this psychologist failed to identify!

It's a tough one. You can't just read a list of symptoms and apply it to someone, a proper diagnoses always needs to be done by a professional. The biggest problem is that symptoms overlap when it comes to mental health which is why self diagnosis itself is dangerous.

I feel that it's a dangerous argument to have with someone that claims to be a professional in the field. Actually in any arguement i find that as soon as someone says they are a professional in that field i tend not to argue any further.

As for Sungji she may possibly be on the autism spectrum but i couldn't state it as fact.

hehehe.. none of us was able to sit Sungji down and study her condition thoroughly, for logistic reasons.. but Miss Shanna was able to reach this conclusion, I wanna know HOW!

oh, it's more fun that way.. you either learn, or teach them something XD

This chapter is kind sad for seju and sumin.
the dream is just giving seju a false hope that she is always hoping to see.
It seem like sumin and sungji is end game.
I am kind of curious to see what sumin's reaction is when she is totally cut off from seju. But doesn't her memory still trigger some part and think of seju ?

seem like part of sumin trying to suppressed part of her emotion..toward seju.

When will the chapter be ending ?

I'm leaning more towards Es0teric regarding this sensitive topic. This is all with the disclaimer that she is who she says she is.

Health care professionals run on guidelines that are formed from various studies that reach a general consensus (I'm studying to be one, so I think I do have some credibility here).

Nora89, I googled "eccentric personality" specifically the David Weeks one and "hysterical bonding" and there are no credible, medical sources that specifically discuss and diagnose those. There is a specific "eccentric personality disorder" but it is different from his article. Not that you're wrong to believe so! Those do fit Sungji, there is just no official consensus by professionals on those.

notice that "hysterical bonding" is a simplified terminology.. mmhm ask any local therapist, he would be able to get what we mean exactly.
but also here you could click here.. an article made by Gerry Heisler Ph.D, this is what I found in a 5 min research, I'm sure there is much more
that's Dr. Weeks's book
http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/153678.Eccentrics

take a look here you will find all the resources you want from many others practitioners in the ackonowlgement page.

regardless.. I've read other comments of the same commenters.. this is not the only caveat
