They're def gonna take two chapters of Sumin x Sungji having sex for the grand finale.
So subtract these from the plot too lol.

at this rate, Sumin is going to impregnate Sungji :P

No this really makes no sense...
it will be Sungji impregnating her as a plot twist. The hints are already here, since Sungji is starting to top Sumin lately!

Or she'll impregnate herself... Sungji is a secret Asari (-_^)

can I read your input on the bartender incident ( did I go off board with that one from your opinion?)

My opinion is as valuable as yours and I could say the same of you, but I'm not because we are all free to have those opinions. It's not being closed.

Ah ... at least I agreed to this... but I will still think that it doesn't make sense (in a way there's too much flaws in your opinion... for e.g seju doesn't mad only because of the sex and the ring... sumin broke the promises to what they've planned together.. and it's crucial to their future... and more...too lazy to point out..but you always make seju as something evil and sumin x sungji as divine angel lol .) at least good to see there is blonde team here in discussion... and yeah take out 1-2 chapters for hot Ending sex of sumin x sungji... and I wonder why but I always see sungji as the dominant one in this couple... not sumin... at least after the first sex. Who is your favorite character? And what kind of conclusion that you have in mind? I am curious ... since there isn't any blonde representative here to give their version of ending

we are left to lesser chapters.. will it be an open ending? Any special chapters confirmed?

@MacySan
It's pointless but sometimes wrong opinion/believes needs to be corrected.... for e.g. Genital mutilation (read dessert flower) or for small things like too many trolls on the net... giving stupid comments for the sake of *I don't know.. and hey it's actually an opinion too. Sometimes I feel that people use freedom of speech (to giving opinion)" as something to defend themselves of their lack of senses... their ignorance .... or whatever you want to call it... just saying lol .. closed minded people do exist.

About the bartender..
I would say it's a bit too much... like a wishful thinking of pink team.... but who know TG might save the best twist for the last...

but I believe that Nammi existence was important to test the bond between Seju and Sumin, and she also said something very important that may be related to the bartender incident, I think she will appear later to test another bond, but I will keep this prediction to myself atm.

What did she say?

ch49.. read the phone call dialogue part, I found it interesting and tackled 2 points that can be related to the bartender incident.

if you are interested in the bartender incident, you can also recheck ch11, the shoes, the opened "DOORS", Seju first thing she said to him in ch 10, I can't back my opinion up, but it's an intuition tho that Seju was honest, she did not consensually sleep with him and her sentences were all cut out

Thank you Nora
Oh, about chap 10 when I re-read it again, I noticed one detail but don't know if this really important or not. It was when the bartender touched the cocktail glass:
-Was he going to drink it with Seju? Or he just served another one.
OR
-He gave Seju that cocktail while saying that was whisky she ordered?

Seju was having Whisky,
he asked her: " did you have a fight with your lover ?" while he giving her the cocktail he said: "this one is on the house"
Seju: I'm not interested in men.

I don't know, that cocktail and smirk are something

It's easy to say to move on lmao but we all know that once the comic ends we will feel like everyone does after finishing a really good damn show. And that is:
Empty as fuck.
On the bright side this manga introduced me to Manhwas so I'm pretty sure I'll find something that might grab my attention as wdtfs did...hopefully.

Sumin was mourning her parents' death, it's an understandable excuse to not want to think or do anything about the future. Especially since it was only a month (and I checked, ch.10), she just got their bodies back and trust me, it takes a lot of work that SHE had do alone. It exhausted her both physically and emotionally. Seju, not being a part of a family, couldn't interfere in the process. Then, one day, Seju came to Sumin and said "it's been a month already" and pretty much gave her a "get up and man up". I know some people would say it's good to push those with depression, but it's really not. It's actually one of the worst things to do. The only way to help someone with depression is being by their side, showing support, love, giving them a safe harbor and make an appointment with a psychiatrist. Let them slowly overcome what they deal with, never, ever push. It takes time. It can even takes years. Patience is gold in such situation. Sumin was very close to her parents and Seju looked like she didn't get it. She got angry at Sumin for not wanting to go with their plans and when Sumin started to explain herself again, Seju saw her palm and asked about the ring. She got angry about Sumin losing it. Sumin didn't want to argue about it so Seju stormed out of her appartment, angry, and went to a bar. She made the entire already tragic experience even more tragic for Sumin by sleeping with that bartender - the only person Sumin had left in her life and trusted the most... betrayed her. Do you know what it does to someone with a depression? Makes it even worse and more complicated. And then, Seju's brother scarred her for the rest of her life. Another tragic experience. She felt like she's lost everything in her life. She had no one who she could completely trust anymore. Yeah, she went back to Seju every time after her relationship failed, but it was desperation rather than trust. She desperately wanted to feel again, that's why she suffered at first. But she was unable to do it so during the years she stopped caring too much and was ok with casual sex, even with Seju. This changed when Sungji entered her life, showed support, comfort, loyalty, understanding, everything Sumin had craved for.

Yeah, I see Sumin as a submissive character. Even if she's a top, it's a service top. She was like that before Seju cheated on her, it changed later on during the years and she came back to be like that with Sungji. She was also always shy about her own needs, even with Seju, but due to the years they were together, Seju knows it all while Sungji has to learn. It looks kind of like a first time from Sumin's side, which is funny because she's experienced and yet... acts like she's not :P

Who is your favorite character?

Sumin.

I don't think we'll get an open ending. Especially with more to come after the main manga story ends.

Yeah sungji's is what sumin needs now.. maybe you're right.... and I wonder if it's what the TG want to deliver... I kinda agree about sungji is a good package of what sumin can get right now... pretty beautiful innocent girl who accidentally work at the same office and like sumin

but because sumin is innocent (not for me though) and she clearly has her own reason to break the promises.. sulking... being harsh.... doesn't care about seju's feeling, etc.. it's okay for her to do what she wants... it's all good for her.

But when every bad things happened to seju ... suddenly it is her own fault....? . good... good... it's what called double standards to me.

And... my fav is sumin too... lmao.. can't foresee her... she looks too much of my fav gg for me...... while seju is my guilty pleasure

She's what she needed all those years ago, what she needs now and what she'll need in the future, but that's my opinion.

but because sumin is innocent (not for me though) and she clearly has her own reason to break the promises.. sulking.. doesn't care about seju's feeling, etc.. it's okay for her to do what she wants... it's all good for her.

Being depressed over losing parents isn't sulking. It's suffering. She can't be blamed for not wanting to leave the country and go on with her life at that point. She needed help, which she didn't get. We don't know if she cared or didn't about Seju's feelings at that point, but... People with depression usually try to push others away and that's what Sumin was doing, even though she didn't really wanted to. It's really complicated.

But when every bad things happened to seju ... suddenly it is her own fault....? good... good... it's what called double standards to me.

At that time Seju did one mistake tbh. Slept with that bartender. If she didn't, they'd talk and Sumin would probably accept her offer to go abroad or would open up with her feelings and tell her why she doesn't want to do it. I'm sure Seju would've understand and supported her. But she slept with that guy and everything went to hell.
As for her not really getting Sumin at that time is more because of how she was raised and where she was raised. There was no love in her home. The only love Seju knows is a love for Sumin - that's why she's so attached to her and that's why she changed into a manipulative, possessive person over the years.

I don't think I'm missreading situations. I simply read them in a different way than you do. Your analysis is different from mine. We have a saying where I live - a point of view depends on where you sit ;)

Well, it's called "a month" in manga so... can be a bit longer than 1 month but less than 2, but yeah, it doesn't change anything. It was still a very fresh wound. And she still just got their bodies back.

Sumin was mourning her parents' death, it's an understandable excuse to not want to think or do anything about the future. Especially since it was only a month

But Sumin seemingly/indirectly blaming Seju for being a part of the cause of her parents death was not understandable imo. I think, from Seju's perspective, she had been being blamed unreasonably by her gf for a month already. I mean it doesn't seem to be a case where you can stay by your lover's side, give them comforts, and wait for them to slowly get over their depression. It's more like a case where your lover dislikes you being by their side, plus, you could hear them saying it's all your fault. In this case, it is understandable that you would want to force your lover to move on.

Depression does that to people. They try to find a an explanation to why they lost something/someone or why something happened to them so they blame things (which can cause an anxiety - for example after a very bad car accident people can't even sit in an unmoving car for years or ever), people who caused it (for example - parents can kill the person who hurt/killed their child if the justice isn't served the way they wanted it), innocent people or themselves (this one is the worst case scenario because it often ends up with either a successful suicide or an attempt). In Sumin's case, she chose to blame someone innocent. Usually it's the person who is around you - in this case it was Seju. And I know it'll sound weird, but it wasn't a fully conscious doing. Sumin wasn't exactly herself or in full control over what she was doing and saying. Hormones, or to be more specific serotonin, took a huge part here.
What Seju should've done was stay by her side no matter what and make an appointment with a psychiatrist. She should've visit a psychiatrist too, ask how she can help Sumin. Or at least let her calm down and try talking again. But never push to move on. I can't blame her for doing it though since she had no first hand experience with such situation before. Even close families make those mistakes with their depressed loved ones. It's very rare to know what to do right from the beginning. That's why if she didn't sleep with that bartender, everything would've been different.

After the ring argument, right before Seju left, she asked - But you don't think this is my fault, do you?
Sumin never answered, but she did went to her with flowers later on so she wanted to apologize for her behaviour.

Can't remember if she ever told her she's blaming her though.

ah, you don't really believe in the significance of the body language also in ch11.. so I won't bother arguing that

at least Seju believes in them. :P
