With all the incest fanwork floating around it's easy to forget there's a canon lesbian couple in there.
3P = 3 players. In fandom and shipping culture it refers to romantic/sexual relationships involving three individuals. Poly(amory) is a more general term.
nP = n players. e.g. 4P, 5P, etc. Though at that point it's more likely to simply be referred to as poly.

Maybe so but for Akane to be a lolicon she would have to show interest in other girls and not just Akari. So far she hasn't so it makes her a siscon and not a lolicon.

While technically they are mother and daughter, Nano's functionally that big sister who helped raised Hakase in the face of absentee parents. It's a bit iffy if you think about it too much.
All that said, Hakase's probably just trying to score aome snacks.
Akari would need to grow up a bit for us to be sure Akari isn't just blinding Akane's lust for other lolis, though.
