I still think the endgame couple will be SuminxSungji even if this new plot twist is true. we still don't know why will this happen anyway. maybe Seju is trying to seduce Sungji to get back on Sumin but she'll eventually fall in love with her. well, at least. this is better than dragging the main couple into Seju's family issue. I actually thought this is going to be a drama-thriller manhwa when Seju's brother start their plot against her. but yup, endgame couple is still SuminxSungji or else all those 70+chapters is just going to waste and besides, I don't think the shipper of the main couple will like it. Seju fans are the minority so there is no chance for her get between them but this is an interesting new development, if ever it happen.

Personally I wouldn't want that. Seju Falling in love with Sungji, then it will be another heartbreak for her if Sungji cannot return the love. How long is she gonna suffer. Just for once, i hope the author will make her happy. I want them all to be a happy in the end.

if ever that scenario happen. Seju's love for Sungji won't be as destructive as her relationship with Sumin. The author will probably use this plot to make Seju realize that Sumin and Sungji deserve each other. besides imo the reasons why Seju can't let go of Sumin is because she is her first love and only friend, their relationship ended badly and there's no definite closure. Sungji might just be the bridge/way to heal both Seju and Sumin resentment towards each other. it's funny though because Sumin want to cut Seju out of her life but it seems Sungji is going reconnect those ties.

I really don't think those promotional images are related to the story in a literal way. There us no way of Seju x Sungji happening. It would really destroy this manhwa imo.

Yeah, Sungji x Seju won't happen, but Sungji might be the person who will help both of them not only move on but also heal their friendship (without benefits). If this woman in black is someone who will do something to Sumin, I'm almost sure Sungji and Seju will work together against her and the entire Baek family. Sungji may seem to be such innocent girl, but I have a feeling it's unwise to mess up with her.

I also think Seju might want to use Sungji to get Sumin back at least at the begining. She first thought she'll get Sumin back no matter what, but after Sungji found them in the same bed, she told that Sumin in the elevator. Seju's game is not over yet. She's just waiting for a right moment. But Sungji now knows how manipulative she is. She's probably expecting her to do some moves so she won't be surprised ever again. I liked how she stood up to her and told her right in the face she pity her. With Sumin back, Sungji is most likely a wall between them and what do you do with walls when they stood in your way? You crush them. So Seju will try, but won't succeed.

I can't imagine Seju falling for Sungji. Tbh, thus far I still can't believe the fact that Seju would let Sungji live with her bones intact. And regarding Sungji helping both of them, I don't think so, she is too kid-ish to play such a great role imo.

^She was able to stand up against Seju and tell her she's the pity one. And she didn't even lose her job for it.

Which is exactly my point - she didn't fire her even when she could. She still can, but she's not doing it. But it doesn't mean Sungji won't be able to stand up against her, right? It says for sure that Seju has some kind of a plan when it comes to Sungji and Sungji will be able to stand up against her, just like she once already did. She only looks this innocent, she proved not to be like that. She was bullied as a kid and learned to foght for herself. She may not know how to deal with Seju family, but she for sure will find a way to deal with Seju when (and if*) the time comes and by the end helping both of them to move on and keep their friendship.

*I'm still hoping they could work together to get Sumin back if that woman in black will kidnap her or to fight against Seju fam for hurting Sumin ("accidents" happens, right?).

If Seju alone can't fight against her family, I do not see how her teaming up with Sungji ever can. Sungji's little force adding on Seju's immense strength won't make a difference. If they kidnap Sumin, all Sungji should do is to pray at home, and wait for Seju to save Sumin.

Sungji is smart too. And perceptive. Nami was kinda surprised when she noticed that. Seju and resources? Nah, if she had them, she'd used them long ago. But she didn't.

I don't think there's any place for a plot twist. Can't remember how long this story will be, but I'm sure we're close to an end of it already.

I do ship SungjixSumin but i would also like something nice to happen to Seju that doesn't involve Sumin.

I think they're both already starting to rely on each other less, Sumin no longer needs Seju emotionally and Seju now no longer wants to give Sumin what she wants.

That's why I want Nami to get closer to Seju :)

I think the black haired girl is stalking Seju. After Seju had the discussion about the interviews she feels like someone is watching her and then as she walks away we see the black haired girl around the corner behind her. Seju doesn't see the girl as some people think. That is my only interpretation though.

But it looked like she was reporting to someone on Sumin. And her face...

I honestly don't remember about Sungji being smart and perceptive. As far as I can recall, only Nami and Dawoon's ex that have been shown to be perceptive.

the most perceptive character tho is Seju, who would know Nammi's motives and Sumin mood so easily
(any interaction between Nammi and Seju brings hell a lot of enjoyment.. bcz I could feel the atmosphere and the tension )
