Is there really no chance for SuminxSeju? Not even 1%? Sumin x Sungji magically resolved the cheating thing, maybe we can have Sumin xSeju ending magically too.. Lol it doesn't make anu sense from ch 69
back to Nammi .. I am quite confused about her .. she liked both Sumin and Seju ?!
in the past (she tried to sleep with Sumin.. and she does tell Sungji that she used to like her a lot ) but then all her harassment to Seju ( also the flash back back to their school days ) + using Sumin as bait to meet Seju makes me confused !
honestly, I even started to doubt her attraction to Sungji ..
if just I could understand Nammi more !

Not so magically. And the weren't even fully naked when Sungji found them together in one bed. Sumin found Seju after she had sex with that bartender, Sungji found Sumin before things went too far. This is one of the differences. The other one is that Sumin actually explained why it almost happened and worked hard to earn forgiveness while Seju never did such thing.
BTW: how fun is that Pporonge had never bitten Sumin? :P He cuddles to her with hearts floating above his cute little head!

Didn't Nami sleep with Sumin only once and it wasn't really fun so they decided to never do it again?
It's not like she used Sumin as a bait IMO. Nami is not a fan of Sumin's relationship with Seju because she knows Seju hurt her more than once, even when she could use a different way to destroy Sumin's relationship with someone else - Seju chose the most hurtful way. It pissed her off. But I think she simply wants to have fun with Seju and that's it. I can't see Nami as someone who wants a serious relationship. Maybe she could change? Would be nice if she changed and actually get together with Seju.

A cheating doesn't get any better by the amount of how many sexual stuff have been done. It is the trust and betrayal of it that hurts the person who is being cheated.
A couple of extra sexual poses won't make any difference in the end. Especially for someone like Sumin who was hiding a lot of stuff from Sungji.
The other one is that Sumin actually explained why it almost happened and worked hard to earn forgiveness while Seju never did such thing.
She actually didn't explain anything at all. They briefly talked about keeping some distance exactly after Sungji caught them, and right after they met again they started having sex right away. Sungji asked nothing.

I'm not sayin what Sumin did was less wrong from what Seju did in the past to Sumin, it's just still different. Seju was found after she had sex, Sumin before/on the way to do it. Yes, it's still cheating, but it's also different.
The other one is that Sumin actually explained why it almost happened and worked hard to earn forgiveness while Seju never did such thing.

No, she did. She told Sungji that Seju was her first love. She felt guilty for being bad to Seju for all those years so when she begged for it to be their last time she couldn't refuse. She knew very well she did a mistake, she felt bad for it, but still walked out of her bed and worked to get back to Sungji. In the past Seju was unable to do so, she had to be dragged out from her bed by her bro who decided to put some nasty scars on Sumin which made Sumin even more disgusted by Seju. Sungji is also a very forgiving person, I think. And she really do love Sumin. She also knows Sumin loves her since she confessed to her a couple of times, which contradicted what Seju told her once - that Sumin will never love her.
Damn. I thought I could not be more upset at Sumin, but the last chapter just set the bar even lower. How could you just shamelessly asked for that ? Sure it's legal and all, but girl, please do have some EMPATHY and PRIDE.
So she wants to continue live in the house Seju bought, buy it to erase Seju name, because Sungji wants to live together in that house. Welp. I agree with Seju, she should just move out and start a new, if she does want a clean slate so badly. End of story.
She has been funded by her sugar momma for like a decade, stop being so whiny over a house name if you have any shame.

Exactly! Im curious, if she so badly want to erase all of Seju in her life, why does she want to buy the house when seju's memory is all over the house?? It doesn't make sense. It will always be a house Seju bought for her.
The other one is that Sumin actually explained why it almost happened and worked hard to earn forgiveness while Seju never did such thing.
I disagree. If my memories serve me right, Seju actually explained she was drunk and all. And if the 10 years of blind & dumb devotion don't count as "hard work" I don't know what is lol.
The only difference is that: one listened and accepted the apology, while the other did not. But they're two different individuals anyway, so it's not even comparable. Comparing Sumin and Sungji level of tolerance is pretty useless, you know who'll win anyway.
BTW: how fun is that Pporonge had never bitten Sumin? :P He cuddles to her with hearts floating above his cute little head
Interesting. And somehow I have this mental image in my mind that the dog will cower in fear if he's in front of Seju. Lmao.

She knew very well she did a mistake, she felt bad for it, but still walked out of her bed and worked to get back to Sungji.
So she literally just admitted that Seju was her first love after Sungji caught them cheating...and that's enough? She didn't even say a single word about her past with Seju before, which was the time when it really mattered. And if the cheating didn't happen, she would still not say anything.
Besides admitting the obvious because she was caught.and forced to admit it, did she really do anything more?
Literally nothing. And feeling bad about the cheating means nothing, since only a sociopath wouldn't feel guilty after cheating.
The next time they reconciled, they literally saw each other and jumped to bed.
In the past Seju was unable to do so, she had to be dragged out from her bed by her bro who decided to put some nasty scars on Sumin which made Sumin even more disgusted by Seju. Seju tried 100 times harder for Sumin to forgive her. All these years she never slept with anyone else, and she was trying to break the ice in Sumin's heart.
Just because Sungji managed to make Sumin fall for her and Seju didn't, it's not a proof that Sumin tried more with Sungji. It's a proof that Gaji did a bad job to make the main couple well developed.

And yet it's more than Seju said in the past. We know Seju didn't cheat because she was drunk, but because she was angry on Sumin for losing the ring. Sumin gives me the vibe of someone who is scared of her own past. Her life wasn't good, she has scars (both mental and physical) and needs time to really open up. Yet, she was able to reveal quite a lot about herself to Sungji. It doesn't mean she shouldn't say more, because she should reveal even the darkest parts of her past. But it's not that easy and I think Sungji will find out about it the hard way - this woman in black might kidnap Sumin... and do something similar to what Seju's brother did to her. If that ever happens, I'd like to see Sungji and Seju work together to find Sumin tbh. Maybe they could bury the hatched and it'd let Seju move on?

Yeah, except she was the one who at least once found a way to destroy Sumin's relationship in a very painful way even though she could've done it differently. She's not so innocent or good. I saw her as manipulative and controlling over Sumin since the beginning and she's still like this in my eyes. It doesn't mean I don't like her and don't want her to be happy though. Just not with Sumin since their relationship is toxic to both of them. Sumin found a way to move on, time for Seju to do it too.

exactly ! there is another reason, I believe Sungji kind of expected that the thing between the two is not over.. she knew they were not totally broken up.. she knew that Sumin & Seju are not just friend from the conversation they had + when Nammi told her they hung with only each other during High school.
on the other hand, the element of surprise that Sumin had is different.. (the bad timing + the trauma she already had .. I believe that Sumin blamed Seju for everything going wrong in her life ever since her parents death) ..
I myself also have double standards when it comes to cheating.. if I get cheated on with a guy, it magnifies the consequences 15 times ! (it could count as another reason )
in chapter 68.. does Sungji think that more sex would keep Sumin occupied and separated from Seju ?.. does she think they are Fu*k bodies and would be separated when they find a better substitution ?

back to Nammi .. I am quite confused about her .. she liked both Sumin and Seju ?!
in the past (she tried to sleep with Sumin.. and she does tell Sungji that she used to like her a lot ) but then all her harassment to Seju ( also the flash back back to their school days ) + using Sumin as bait to meet Seju makes me confused !
honestly, I even started to doubt her attraction to Sungji ..if just I could understand Nammi more !
Would be nice if she changed and actually get together with Seju.
yes she did sleep with Sumin, but she said ( I liked her -Sumin- to an extent she made my heart flutter )..
but
from the way I see it, Nammi did get to meet Seju only by somehow mentioning Sumin or through Sumin.. the obsession is not merely bcz she worries about Sumin.. would you try sleeping with your friend ex bcz you are worried about her unless you really like your friend ex.?
look at Nammi's type.. it resembles Seju .
in two different incidents she asks Seju if she hates her that much (does she wants Seju and Sumin be off bcz she cares about Sumin or bcz she wants Seju ?)
it is a total mess

Maybe she wants both - Seju for herself and to keep her away from messing with midget's life :P I mean, she really does care for Sumin. Besides, like I mentioned, I see Nami as a fun loving woman with a couple of lovers. Maybe she could change. Maybe she really is interested in Seju. Who knows, this better be solved soon :)

well, your statement is pretty harsh when we did not see Sungji POV yet,
their relationship is also driven by Sumin desire to fall in love again with another person which makes her even try harder to make it work + Sungji refusal to end things the way Seju wants.
at the same time you see clearly that Sungji knows she can't ask Sumin to open up for her (bed talk in ch46) so she knew about the two but not exactly their history.. more or less, she knew it won't be easy to have Sumin loves her earnestly without extra effort .. seeing the effort from Sumin side to fix it persuaded her to some extent.
expectation, timing, initial nature of the relationship and personalities play a big factor to how you react to cheating.
Team Gaji have this story telling style that makes me change my opinion about any character as they reveal a little more about their past or POV
I'm still desperately hoping for a "twist" in here. That would make people say "wtf and bang their table" while others will be throwing confetti and flying balloons. I'm with the latter thoug. Just my wildest hope.
Damn. I thought I could not be more upset at Sumin, but the last chapter just set the bar even lower. How could you just shamelessly asked for that ? Sure it's legal and all, but girl, please do have some EMPATHY and PRIDE.

Exactly! Im curious, if she so badly want to erase all of Seju in her life, why does she want to buy the house when seju's memory is all over the house?? It doesn't make sense. It will always be a house Seju bought for her.
two possibilities that are in my mind:
1- giving Seju a chance to do something by herself to move on.
2- Sumin herself is not ready/strong enough to cut Seju completely. the house is full of memories .. she won't insist on keeping it that much unless she is afraid of letting them go.

Nah. She's just being a selfish prick. She wants to cut Seju completely, even her name. Look at her dialogue, it's all self-centered and only involves her benefit. No consideration to other party.
The reason why she wants it is because Sungji wants to live with her in that house (Ch 73), where Sumin said "...there's something I need to take care of" >> the house ownership.

I was specifically referring to Sungji taking Sumin back very easily. Sumin literally didn't work for it at all. They just met each other and jumbed straight to bed.
Sumin might work for their relationship in the future more, but her cheating has been forgiven way too easily. Which to me seems pretty bad for many reasons.
And I still can't understand why Sungji is so in love with Sumin, when the latter has not been the best of a partner to say the least. Like, what is so great about Sumin anyway. I'm speaking from what we've seen so far, and not of what might happen.

Sumin has layers and isn't someone who she tries to play. She's insecure, vulnerable and has this sort of childish face too. And once she loves, she loves deeply. In this case she reminds me of Mel from Pulse.
I remember Sungji saying once it's her first time to have someone who she can care of, it looked like she enjoyed it very much. It might be one of the reasons why she's so forgiving towards her too.

Seju is also vulnerable, also has insecurities, also not someone who she appears to be, Seju's outer shell is a sexy, confident, independent woman, the opposite of the vulnerable, insecured, lonely 'real' Seju. When Seju loves, she also loves deeply, no, she loves with literally everything she has. That's not sth to be considered special about Sumin, cuz Seju has it all, if not more, since Seju is even more complicated.

They're both very complicated. Seju is more confident than Sumin IMO tho. She just has an ugly family that pretty much ruined her life. Sumin on the other hand was never really confident. She was extremely close with her parents, their death haunts her to this day. It was Sungji who brought true happiness to her life after she lost her family. And it was Sungji who truly took care of her, not expecting anything in return - especially not sex, which she showed early on when Sumin tried to seduce her once and end up with her own walls crushed by Sungji's comforting embrace.

I had been waiting to see her pov since like 50 chapters ago. No hope, so I've given up.

I don't agree, though. Tbh, Seju has been taken care of her, too. Do you think Sumin could have been living this comfortably without Seju for the past 10 years? Do you think Seju didn't take care of Sumin, physically and mentally? She cares, that's why when in the latest chap, she detected right away Sumin is waiting for a call just by her actions and facial expressions and what did she do right after? Buy her a effing house. And do Seju ask for anything in return? She has waited in vain for 10 years! She thought of it as her due for cheating and accept all the harsh treatments form Sumin. Both Seju and Sungji only ask one thing from Sumin: love. The difference between Seju and Sungji is just that, with Sungji, Sumin accept the help with open arms and happy about it. Let's be real, if Sumin has accepted and forgiven Seju before Sungji appeared, what would happen? Will she be happy again? Will Seju also take good care of her and appreciate her even more than before? It's more like, Sumin selfishly take Seju's love for granted, everything Seju did for Sumin, to her, is never considered good enough, she took it and think of it as an obvious thing cuz of everything Seju has done, so she never thought of Seju's actions for her as happiness or that was her luck to have someone love her that much. When Sungji appeared, her taking care of Sumin is nothing special, just that it was the second person after Seju to take care of her, someone who hasn't give her a scar.... But tbh, do you really think all of her previous relationships, no one took care of her, no one genuinely liked her? I really doubt so, the problem is not she's taken care of or not, the other party loves her or not, the problem is about herself, her not getting over Seju is the main problem, not them. So in a way, it's not even about Sungji or anyone else, it's all about Sumin herself think it's time for her to get rid of the so-called rotten part of her life and start anew (aka Seju)
And less confidence has nothing to do with proving Sumin is more special to be loved by thoudsands of women. In fact, I find Sumin is such a turn off with all the things you just list. She sounds like a weak character without any special points.
In my opinion, Sumin is the character with worst development at the moment, from the cool suave team leader at the beginning, now all I see her is a weak, dedicate, selfish woman. And again, what's so special about Sumin to have 2 pretty women love her with their hearts by the way?

you know, when Nammi told Sumin she slept with Seju, later Seju denies it but Sumin does not believe her at all !.. makes me rethink that Seju was truly out of conscious when she slept with the bartender (if that actually what happened) but also she did not believe her ..
Sumin personality is waaaay too unforgiven compared to Sungji who gave her a chance to apologise and explain herself many times.. I thought that will make Sumin rethink about her treatment to Seju.. but let's wait and see
IMO, I really hope to see Sumin actually losing Seju.. (not having her waiting on the side line.. it should shake her balance a bit)
