Shouldn't the title read Small Mokoutouhou?

The Japanese title is 「小さなもこっとほう。」, so the double T is correct. =]

Hah, i saw Nitori and tiny Marisa in one of the credit pages so I guess that's coming in the future? I'm looking forward to it.

The reason Google translation gave you an odd translation is probably that it's an onomatopoeia; 「もこっと」 (mokotto), which means "fluffy". So, the title is a wordplay on "Mokou/Moko-tan", "fluffy", and of course "Touhou". =]
