Well, the main character is obsessed with getting a cute friend who happens to be an yuri obsessed otaku so I see hope.

But then again I thought Kirino from Oremo was going to be a lesbian with her obsession with little sisters but turns out she just wants to bone her brother.

Not really. Qualia wasn't expected to have any, for instance.
I don't follow the series but a small bit of poking around suggested it is neither labeled yuri nor does it explore that aspect more than any CGDCT anime do. Given Hikawa Shou's apparent aversion to the potential gold mine of Touhou pairings in spite of that being their main line of work, I'd be very surprised if the subtext got any stronger.

Whether the series is relevant enough for the yuri tag or not is something I'll leave up to users and/or its progression.

The shopkeeper looked a bit like Medicine from Touhou.

I really hope for Yuri progression, even if it's only subtext. My Yuri-levels are starting to deplete so yeah... I guess it's time to hit Touhou.

somehow there are many yuri hints in this manga :) so i myself will wait to see what it really is.

saku saku tei doesn't go the yuri way in touhou djs, then i think, sadly, this will remain subtely, but it's fun anyway

pag. 18 is the perfect example of why i think sometimes editing mustn't cancel the japanese writing, but it's best only add the traslation on the side in a blank space
