Given that she's not going to drop out of school, and the story has just passed the 10 month mark after 3 volumes (the one year mark should be passed around midway through volume 4)...

Without some major time leaps you'll be waiting until volume 16 for that. In about 10 years or so.

Well, I really dislike harems XP can't approve the idea of multiple girls/boys falling for just one like the rest of the people are too plain or the mc is too perfect, and it also kills my shipping instincts.

Man, if that is not a date, I don't know what is....

In all seriousness about shipping front, Aoba only have 2 in her "harem": the original ship with Kou (Vol 1 cover, the admired senpai, 1st girl win and such) and Hifumin (whom the two have been sharing colour page with).

Of course her ship with Kou also share the love triangle with Rin. Which made obvious in vacation arc

Iono a 10 Yurika a 9 Ueno/Takei Hisa an 8 ... Nishikino Maki a 6 ... Kuroki Tomoko a 1 (she does get a couple girl-grabs in). I think Aoba's a solid 5.

A promo video with the seiyuus for the 4 younger employees doing "cute" things is out. Also a newer trailer. The latest trailer promises (1) Aoba's yuri crush on Ko and (2) absolutely constant footage of Hajime's enormous tits bouncing. Each tit needs its own character slot (and perhaps agent). In fairness, Aoba blushing and putting her hands in front of her face probably has star billing even over Hajime's breastwork. But take those 2 elements out and maybe it'd be one of those 3-minute shows.
