It was obvious that that would happen. Personally I'm glad they didn't stay together. People who cheat are likely to cheat again after they get together with the one they cheated with.

I honestly don't care if it has continuation or not. It was just a little swing, and if they would keep a affair was left ambiguous (senpai's "dunno") so I enjoyed and liked it for what it was. It never was implied or stated as fact that anything would come from it as senpai just wanted to cheat on her bf out of anger and just happened to get attracted to her cute kouhai. Long story short, this one shot is enough and if you want, you can easily imagine your own continuation with them happily cheating on facless bf.
