The one image in here comes from an artist's Twitter and they already said in caption that it is futa so uh...

Well, it wasn't only used here. Even Danbooru uses it. It might sound silly, but there are times where we can't tell for sure if a picture is Futanari or not.

99% of the time, I think "Implied Futa" stuff is just the artist not knowing how scissoring works.

Boorus are stupid in their tagging, the solution for over tagging is having less vague shitty tags like this one.
