Hotaru is still playing a strange game. If she loves Yuma, then why doesn't she dump Fujiwara?

While the relationship between Yuma and Takeda is clear, or even the confusion of Yuma regarding Hotaru's actions, the relationship between Hotaru and Fujiwara isn't clear. What does he hold against her? Or does she actually love both Fujiwara and Yuma?

I understand why the author wanted to do it with married women at first. It would have worked better than this half-assed highschool relationships.

The same thing he is blackmailing the two with now, that they have been making out. I think that's pretty congruent with everything. And it probably helps that he beats her and might hurt Yuma, too.
