Agreeing with axearmor on that. I mean, I'd say Satsuki/Ryuko is beatiful, nobody bats an eye. I said I like Akane/Akari and everybody loses their mind.

My guess is that it would depend on the intensity of the foeyay-ness and how the characters themselves change over time. If they change.
