Remember that Yun actually in the animation department. She was just sitting with them as they don't have desk in the other block.

In that case, Hifumin probably will be the interesting choice, plot development-wise. A team leader who can control everything through chat, but not through face-to-face.

I'm not too worried about Nenechi, Umiko was obviously hinting that she might find an opening for Nenechi to get back in the business. She did made an impression on the whole coder team, showing she had extensive knowledge and understanding of the games, so they might find her a job somewhere to keep her around. Maybe keep her around to help checking the content as they make it, or with the planning departement.

In reality, even though I dislike cliches, if they introduce new characters maybe a tsundere would be nice for the jokes or someone really hard to approach at first, there's Umiko who is reeeaaly hard to approach but she's not quite what I had in mind.

But I really hope there's gonna be a new hire(s) at some point, see how Aoba handles being a senpai, though considering they seems to be doing yearly recruitement drive out of part timers, I suspect this won't happen before six months. Unless with Rin becoming producers and Kou replacing her as art director and the probable need to fill the lead designer post, there might be some early recruitement. Or some other employee whithin the graphic team get a face. Doubt there's just them five doing it all.
