That's just the editorial blurb they put for stories in a magazine. It's usually not even written by the mangakas themselves, so it's really unimportant. Here's a half-assed/questionable translation:

page 1: "New ground silent 16 pages. With more than your ears, listen to the two's voices."

Have the opinion of a dark skinned (fairly) girl XD I actually don't care for the tag because truly white skin is the default nothing wrong with that it's always been that way and if it's racist that white is default than who cares because it's the artist' decision >.< so actually the dark skin tag is helpful and not really that offensive.

No, I think the end just explains that they made a memento video (that got out of hand ^^) because the fair skinned girl had to leave/move. We only saw that at the end, but they knew so from the start, of course. No drama besides that, but it still is a little sad.

I'd say that's a very sloppy wet kiss followed by, well, just sex? Their faces look to me like they're cracking up a bit, probably for various reasons. That they didn't do this sooner (assuming they didn't), that they're feeling good, that sex actually looks ridiculous if you think about it... who knows?
And on the next page I think she's crying because reality hits her hard. She remembers they'll have to part and how hard it will be in the future to be together with her girlfriend like this.

The very last panel looks like hope to me, though. If I see this correctly she's at a bus stop, so perhaps this already shows her at the start of a trip to her other half.
