Yuri is the Japanese word for "lily", and also refers to a sapphic romance genre in Japanese media. It can focus either on the sexual or emotional aspects of the relationship. Note however that in Japan, shoujo-ai refers to… liking little girls.

So yeah, technically "Yuri" covers all types of lesbian romance, regardless of the "degree".

On another note, we finally have the raws for chapter 15 and 15.5! I'll translate that when I have the time. And we finally have the first true kiss of the series. Following a rather bizarre scene…?

15.5 is pretty funny. These bonus chapters should be titled "how is Yurine gonna troll Ayaka today?"

So all these new english chapters are by MiamMiam, but where are the chapters from? Their website is in French and only has French releases.

Lyendith from Batoto translated the french version that are from the magazine to english and uploaded them, he did that because Kawaii Scan is too busy to translate the volume version, now the question is if they will still make their version with better scan and translation, I remember he asked in their site if they didn't mind his low quality version while they make their better version later, but I don't remember seen their answer.

Maybe should put Lyendith as scanlator together with MiamMiam-Team as he's the one who made the english version?

When my email was like "a bajillion updates on Dynasty" I was like "wHAT" and then I found out it was this and my fanatical screaming echoed across the building. I'm so happy it updated all at once <3 thank youuuu <3

I think the development of everything is super cute and cool. I love all the side stories, although the rose garden one made me a little hesitant because the amount of backstabbing was a bit high for my taste. But what is up with the rose garden couple kissing and not the track team????? The track team seems to be a much healthier and hinted at relationship so whyyyyyyyy :(.

I like the emphasis on Kurosawa's mindset but I wish we got to see a little more on Shiramine's side. I guess it just feels a bit unbalanced since Kurosawa is growing outwardly by doing all sorts of new things where Shiramine is growing inwardly and slowly accepts her feelings. I hope the opposite is next!

All in all I love this series so much!!!! <3 the style of humor is just my type!!!!

Also, I'm happy to see progress Shiromine and Kurosawa with the later chapters, with Kurosawa taking their competition/bet/whatever you want to call it more seriously. Plus the interactions between the two of them is kind of adorable.

10 chapters at once is because the French scanlation team (Miam-Miam Team) has been way ahead of Kawaii Scans for a long time.

It seems they got a mutual understanding on the matter and Miam-Miam got the OK to publish their english version.

My take is, it's not a French->English translation, but a double translation.

Somebody please explain me where in the end did Ai's and Chiharu's senpai enter? If not her first wish, then to the university nearby, which Ai wanted? Or nor first wish, neither there?

I get it, but it took me awhile. She'd rather just end it now then watch the club die a slow death. I can actually sympathize with that. But the manga seemed to try and romanticize it a bit too much.

if this gets anime, Shiramine will be voiced by Sugiura Ayano.
