I don't think it's a harem tho, roommate and roommate's gf got their own deal going on. While MC and earring girl got their own. Knowing how this artist does stuff (he tends to have stories following multiple couples), the girls may get down and dirty with others [for some reason], which the pair-to-be usually lets slip or ignores... idk his stuff can get pretty odd and nonsensical sometimes...
