^ I've only seen "x" in korean to abbreviate 없다 and its forms (or sometimes 아니?) which essentially indicates a negative, kind of like how (ne ...) pas works in french. (Actually, it's the opposite to 잇다, which is a verb somewhere between (to) be and (to) have in english.) 낼름낼름 is an onomatopoeia that roughly means lick. (Also Lickitung is called 내루미 in Korean.) 아랑곳 is attention and 히이 is just generic squealing.
So basically:
