Context: Bae and Gigi did an ASMR stream to advertise some earbuds. Things got fairly silly, including Bae rizzing Gigi and the two of them schlorping on a CC cutout's feet.

Considering Miyako's temperament, if they portray this as her punishment for 'cheating' on Viola... she'll accept it. She might even mark them as 'dangerous', and Miyako sure likes bad girls.

In industry terms, I'd call this "Nice to Have". Nobody needed it, it's possible (too hard to verify) that nobody wanted it, but it's nice that there are enough skilled, creative people that statistically some of them are unhinged and make stuff like this.
