I think it's called "romance" for stories that focuses on the love and sincere relationship (because well, we have to admit, there are some yuri that only focuses on sex, comedies and such).

The April Fools tag "I LOVE YOU BUT I WON"T TELL YOU" sounds more like it would fit the tsundere tag.
