So, can someone explain please why in the end credits of each episode in the anime Reina and Kumiko have a red string attached to their pinky finger? Isn't the 'red string of fate myth' just for lovers?... It's kinda confusing, so many yuri-baits ¬_¬

KyoAni just doesn't do overt yuri. I guess you can say that there's UST between these two, but the matter is left hanging because it's not in the LN.

@PaleRide don't listen to wooberjig the game isn't all that lame. It's a good side-game to do while passing the time, and the events are a lot of fun.

I dunno guys, like there is no endgame ships in the anime, and I am quite happy with where it ended both from a film buff's perspective and from a yuri lover's perspective. There isn't any particular endgame ship at all from the anime, and the show did a lot more for KumiRei rather than ShuuMiko. Not that I'd know what'd happen if they came out with a sequel, but it stands on good grand for right now.

But really, you guys have got to stop this unnecessary avalanche against KyoAni. Tamako Market was actually a really sweet movie if you don't come out of it with bias, and they're only credit against them is that one incident. Chu2 literally has almost 50% anime-orginal material and put a LOT of eggs in the yuri basket between Deko and Mori. It's come to the point where I'm pretty sure if they released an anime adaptation of Sakura Trick you'd all complain how it's not gonna yuri.

Kantai Collection is fun, as long as you can stand the RNG

I know Tamako Market is good and that Chu2 have some original material and from what I remember even a new female character that causes a lot of subtext, unfortunately subtext is all we'll ever get from them, Tamako Love was not even subtext as that other girl loved the main character, but I still plan on watching it as I know it's good, I know that all KyoAni animes are good but until now they did only subtext, and after what the director and Kumiko voice actress said I just don't believe that they'll use Hibike Euphorium, that the light novel end in het, to make their first anime that goes beyond subtext.
