Noticed that blackhair is in a wheelchair sometimes... She got some kind of problem that does not actually impede her from walking but causes issues? or is that something that happens later? (or earlier?)

^ That's spoilers but she's on a wheelchair because spoilers happened and she can't use her legs...she got better.

^ Yeah she is wheelchair bound most of the show - from the start, permanently as far as they know - but it came about due to specific reasons related to the shows magic that you find out about eventually & recovers later.
As for your hidden question - I know what you mean - I really like her character & wouldn't want her to not recover - but there is a certain visual & emotional appeal to the wheelchair bound images - & wheelchair + yuri must be unique.
'S kinda paraplegic yuri anyway. They're super clingy and doting while Tougo's in the wheelchair. Yuuna acts like the nursing wife. Then spoilers happen (ironic using a spoiler filler inside a spoiler bar heh) and Yuuna ends up in a wheelchair herself. Complete role reversal. It's where a basis of the relationship stems from
