i don´t really like this alternative version because cuts off one of the most important parts of nanamis personality
the fear of being tied by someones love and expectations hence why she loves yuu beacuase she can´t love her back (at first) yet she is so kind to her

so she just acepting yuu feelings like that makes no sense and make pointless 80 % of the manga that bluntly tells you about all of that but again than only would make sense to you if you acutually read the manga

@benja Cap'n calm down. Most people here read the manga. We get it.
This turn of events is still not completely impossible. Yuu already sent Touko on the way to accept herself and get over her insecurities. It was just still too early. If in this alternate take Touko had an epiphany and accepted Yuu (even if after this scene there will still be drama) I don't think that is too farfetched. Both versions work. The canon one will be continuing for a while, so we'll get here, just a bit later.

Yeah, she has a sub vibe to me, not as much as Riko or Umi, but it's there. She's the big internet nerd of the group, so who knows what sites she's been browsing after dark in the privacy of her bedroom? She wouldn't be a lifestyler like Umi though. She'd be into some light bondage, maybe some light spankings, and it stops at the bedroom door.

@BugDevil: Well I think 'Benja' being frustrated is understandable. Sure this route isn't impossible, but for someone to simply dismiss the progress of the manga and character growth as "mere drama that the author is dragging out" is rather insulting to the series and the author in my opinion. It's very assumptive and ignores so much of the fantastic build up we've gotten, so I understand why Benja and anyone deeply invested in the story and characters would be frustrated with someone writing off so much of the story in such a blase way. The way the manga is building up character personalities and the entire relationship is so far excellent, again my opinion.

We're getting a build up that feels like it'll have genuine pay off and when they finally get together in the manga it will hopefully be a highly satisfying peak of development, which will finish the series off on a very high note that should have a lasting and memorable impact on many of the readers.
