@Lewdholder Haven't yet watched Akuma no Riddle, so don't have a strong feel for the picture.
On the fly, though? Not knowing anything about the characters? Tall girl is a prototype yuri sexbot. Short girl is under the hood, making some adjustments to the "arousal" settings. (You'll notice she's topless, so this might be a mid-grope adjustment.)

The manga has a gay immortal, gay Romeo and Juliet, gay queen bee, a gay cyborg and lots of gay serial killers.

^ the anime has all that too (I recommend both). It’s, like, gay without having to explicitly say it’s gay. Gay Romeo and Juliet basically walk around holding hands the entire time, it doesn’t get gayer than that. Also, what makes the manga significantly more gay is the last chapter

I love the anime, but I recommend to read the manga before watching it. And these two are actually canon at the end of the manga, so there's that.

There are other things that make the manga a little bit gayer. Like an actual kiss between "Romeo and Juliet" and Sumireko's extreme thirst over Banba (she made her her maid).
