To be honest, with the angle of Rin's head it seems obvious she wasn't intentionally trying to look up Nadeshiko's skirt, not to mention she couldn't at that angle. Nadeshiko's but is at or above Rin's hairline, and humans usually can't see much above their brow, far below their hairline. Even if Rin was at the right angle to see something, her hair is in the way. Looks more like Rin was looking for something on the floor and bumped into Nadeshiko, or Rin was in the process of getting up and her head impacted Nadeshiko's rear-end. Would make sense why Rin's legs are slightly bent, as she still seems to be in the processing of getting up from a crouching position.

This is still cute either way, though. :3
