Lil' sis does have big poly vibes, if nothing else, what with how much she's in love with her big sister (maybe not romantically?, but very much sexually) yet seems to be falling in love with Yanagi without the big-sis feelings diminishing
She's just transitioning between her feelings. Nothing suggests she (or our MC) would be interested in dating multiple people. For what it's worth, her sister is already shown to be only interested in older married women. They're never dating. She's just in denial for now but I'm sure eventually she'll have to accept her sister's preference and also her own growing feelings for our MC.
