This is very cute and sweet, but here I am wondering what this does for my theory that the God of School Idols is actually Yu.
(To explain: the Famitsu 4koma, the very early comic that had jerkass!possessed!Ayumu, and which is the origin for Sasuke and Ayumu's trip to Mars, is practically the only Ayumu material that doesn't mention her childhood friend. It does, however, show that she's close with the God of School Idols, a plushie of whom is there on the bed — and therefore the God of School Idols is actually, in some manner, her childhood friend, whether that's the SIFAS PC or Yu. )
(Of course, if you ignore that theory, you're left wondering exactly who is the God of School Idols. My alternate theory was that they're one of the gods of the Great Kanda Shrine, as seen in SIP, but when I checked the gods enshrined there are Daikokuten, who blesses harvests and matrimony, Ebisu, who blesses fisheries and business, and the tenth-century revolutionary Taira no Masakado, none of whom seem particularly school idolish. Sumire's family's Onden Shrine is built to Omodaru and Ayakashikone, a couple who also bless marriage, as well as skill at art, which is closer? Then again, there's the long-standing fan theory that Honoka — given her apparent powers of weather and gravity control and time travel — is a god, or maybe even the God. So maybe the Famitsu comic had cameos from two members of μ's.)
