Oh it’s the author of Insecure Herami Sisters. The artstyle and the way the characters are drawn by Kaneko Aru always catch my interest. That particularly cutesy artstyle applied with something creepy/unsettling brewing in the background.

The same goes for this story as well. The monsters are similar in shape, language but different diets/eating styles and views the humans as a respectable species(?). I’m just judging by the way Kopecko talks about them. She still understood the word “monster” somehow so I’m gonna guess that the humans and monsters are not entirely different.
