this was not as yuri as I expected (well hey it's Better than to see some girl addicted to cement with a room made out of it then another girl likes the girl addicted to cement but doesn't know the girl she likes has an addiction to cement then the girl figures it out and then tells the girl that's addicted to cement and it gets all emotional then they live happily ever after) but i would liked to have seen more yuri.

it was a reference to the anime in a episode natsuki start to inhale cement then she slowly starts to do other hard drugs like meth crack and heroine then she dies in yuukos arms after confessing her love

This work refers to Episode 2 of Season 2 when Natsuki just wore a shirt with the words "Cement Addiction" on it. She was called out by the others because it was one of those, often nonsensical, shirts with cool-sounding English words on it you'd often find in Japan.

The author of this work translated Cement Addiction into Japanese and used the word 中毒 (chuudoku) meaning "addiction", the latter kanji being the word 毒 for "poison". Whether or not there is a real addiction to cement is anyone's guess. But there seems to be actual "Cement Addiction" shirts that came out after the anime aired.
