Couple things I don’t get, why did Chinami suddenly not want to buy the dress? What was with the scene of Chinami in front of the mirror and why did she throw all her clothes on the floor? And what did Yukako mean by she’s not just using her?
Also I’m glad that they didn’t go the route of making Chinami into a vengeful ex, it’s seems she actually does care actually care about Yukako enough where she couldn’t just use her to get revenge, she’s still conflicted and upset by their situation and Yukako’s indecisiveness but not to the point where she’d take it out on Yukako. I say this now, but I still get really uneasy whenever there scenes of her alone or whenever she side eyes Yukako, so who knows...I’m hoping it won’t take that direction but it does seem to be implying something or another

Cute as hell, gay as hell, interesting characters, what could go wro-oh yeah its already axed. Up there with Pocha Climb as this cursed years biggest casualties.

I'm starting to think that the universe just despises musical lesbians. The vast majority of anime/manga about music that I've come across have either been bait (Euphonium), reliant on subtext (K-On, every idol show ever) or cancelled (Rock It Girl).

Noooo!! Is that true? It was going so well, all the characters are so cute! The stories are so cute and there is actual progress!! Ugh, Chika and Sakiko’s storyline was really intriguing and now it’ll never get resolved

I am looking for series, preferably longer ones, where yuri is only a subplot.
Like how most stories, regardless of genre, include a romance, but with yuri. The main theme is not important - I read pretty much anything.

Casual yuri manga about a girl about to go on a date but as she leaves a lot of minor things go wrong and she ends up getting her outfit dirty and runs late and feels really bad but her girlfriend doesn’t mind and it all end spit well, it was pretty short

Ok I thought about it, what was the point of her pretending to be the childhood friend and taking the real ones place if the girl doesn’t even remember her? There’s no leverage there then is there?

I'd say it has more to say about loneliness and codependence than abuse, since this isn't really focusing on the suffering of the one being physically hurt. The focus is on the emotional pain of the one who is afraid of losing their companion.

I agree, it could definitely be interpreted to becoming a toxic and unhealthy relationship because it did have a similar possessiveness and desire towards the end, but I don’t think that was the main point as the emphasis was more on MC’s fear of abandonment and being left alone based off her worry and the constant scenes of Angel girl looking towards the sky like she was about to leave. Angel girl’s own unsure response to whether she wanted to fly or not shows her own fear of leaving the MC. What I don’t get is what she meant about the MC wanting to fly or about wanting a plain life since being with the angel girl meant she kind of wouldn’t?

Well...that tag was definitely ominous, I sure hope that’s what she wanted

Edit: I read back and noticed black hair girl was already going for the drawer with the knife when she came back in which makes me think she was gonna do this once angel girl came inside whether she said anything or not. But I guess angel girl was ok with it so Uuh...? Happy ending?

^ Their art style reminds me so much of yonurime’s earlier art style (who also coincidentally does mainly touhou doujinshi)

I’m not completely sure if this was yuri but I remember there was this one story with two people who knew each other pretty well. In one part of the story one of the people were trying to hide something from their friend but their friend could always tell when they weren’t being honest and they revealed it was because the person would never answer right away when they were lying. I read it somewhat recently
