^The original "meme" comes from a woman watching a video of another woman cooking, I believe the original was also focused on cracking eggs in a bowl. For the original the woman reacting to the cooking video smiles whenever the woman cooking is on screen in the video due to her cleavage, and then she goes back to a neutral expression when the video focuses on the bowl of eggs.

Here it's the opposite because the character is excited about the eggs. I don't know enough about the character to know why that is though.

^ These two characters are Yorigami Jo'on (top left, Goddess of Pestilences) and Yorigami Shion (right, Goddess of Poverty), together they're called "The Most Despicable and Disastrous Twin Sisters" because they bring poverty, bad luck and, well pestilence.
Now I haven't really studied Touhou characters thoroughly, but since Shion's a poverty goddess (and thus is depicted as in rags pasted together with debt papers), my guess would be she's in constant hunger, and 6 eggs would be a luxurious meal for her.
As for her twin sister, she doesn't care that much.

^ Since the suffix -pathy usually implies a feeling or a suffering (from a condition), it would be more apt to call Mutsumi the Soyociopath here, as she is on the receiving end.

At the other hand, you could argue that Soyo is a Soyociopathist, because she is applied herself as a treatment.
