Not gonna lie... I don't like Kurosawa, at all. She's too boring as a character.

I liked the irony, how she was so sought after and playing hard catch, to ultimately being needed as nothing more than a means to an end.

I guess this is going to be one of those mangas with side couples more likeable than the main one(s).

I'm still kinda neutral about Kurosawa at the moment. I mean, she's weird and seems to both like teasing Shiramine and being scolded by her. But it's still early on in the series, and their interactions are pretty cute so far so I can't really hate her for anything.

S-So there was an English team doing AnoKiss after all. >.< Why did nobody tell me that? ;__; Espically when someone talked about our French releases the page before… I'm glad I found a place where I can talk about this series, although English releases seem a bit slow…

Frankly, the thing I love the most in this series is the main couple's complementarity. Yes, they're a tsundere and an aloof genius, but they're so much more than that. I can't really put the finger on what makes me love these two actually (especially Yurine), but there is definitely something that works. Maybe it's seeing Ayaka always giving in to Yurine's teasing, or Yurine so obviously being in heaven when she's with Ayaka.

Same with Moe and Mizuki, although so far they haven't got much focus, sadly. :x

I found volume 2 less interesting (I didn't really see what the mini-arc with Chiharu & co. brought to the story), but it's going strong again since chapter 11. Yeah, I keep thinking that AyaYuri chapters are the most interesting, especially when you realize that Yurine has sublty evolved quite a bit in 10 chapters… Liking the gardening club girls too so far, although I'm waiting to see how they're developed.

I don't remember and can't have a look at it because of my boss, but Kawaii is using mag or volume raws?

Yes, the English tl is made from the volumes.

I didn't realize that the french ones were ahead of the english ones... great another reason for me not to prepare my exams x)

By the way, am I the only one constantly hearing Tohsaka Rin's voice when Ayaka is speaking? --'.`-- Can't associate any familiar seiyuu to Yurine though… Kobayashi Yuu maybe…

Thanks a bunch for doing the French translation Lyendith! I can't read French but I can follow a long a little bit with google translate.

My feelings mirror yours pretty well about that random side arc in Volume 2. Ayaka and Yurine are super cute together. The BEST! :D I'm glad the story is back to them at least for now.

I hope they go to Toudai together and are "roommates". ;)

Regarding the volume 2 arc, Chiharu-Ai-Izumi admittedly work pretty well as a comic trio, but the whole deal with Maya leaving the school left me cold. She's not unlikeable or anything, but just not very interesting as a character. I actually can't find anything to flesh out her entry in the TV Tropes page. >.<

Oh man, Chapter 2.... Do you think it's just the storytelling style to never address the "Am I a lesbian?" aspect of the story? I mean, it seems like Yurine HAD BETTER know, and Ayaka really OUGHT to know, especially with all the biting, licking, and kissing going on. And what was with the sleepover? How does Ayaka not realize that Yurine is serious about wanting to make out with her? It's not a game! x_x

Chapter 13 was in the April issue, and the June issue should come out in a few days in Japan, so… we're one chapter behind, two at the most.

And yes, if Yurine was a yandere, considering her manipulative skills and (probably) superior strength as you said, poor Ayaka would be in a bit of trouble. ._.

Well, considering I use a lot of idiomatic expressions in my translations, Google translate might not always be of much help (I don't know how it handles these).

Well this is a nice surprise, on batoto I have only English and Spanish selected on my settings.

So, we got our hands on the latest chapters, which are chapter 13 and 14. Yes, there are two chapter 13s. Go figure. Maybe they treated it as a two-part chapter since the "first" chapter 13 was quite short (15 pages) and the second one is barely longer (20 pages). I don't know.

Apparently, the series is going on a pattern of one mini-arc per volume.
