This series consists of 3 loosely connected stories published between 2012 to 2014. This is the first story in that series. We plan on translating the 2nd story in this series at some point, but we're still unsure whether to translate the 3rd (and final) story as the themes are a little different. All of them include Alice and characters from PC-98 Touhou!

Ahhh good old a bunch of mes style oujin from a decade ago, if it weren't for the K-deama joke I'd even believe this was from the 2000s. Pretty rough but cute

I feel like I've read 3 different doujin crammed into one.

This series consists of 3 loosely connected stories published between 2012 to 2014. This is the first story in that series. I see no reason not to translate all of them. Leaving the translation unfinished would imo feel unfair.

The yuri demon did nothing wrong.

I don't really like it
It's just way too dumb and way too over the top for me
Also the incest, constant sex jokes, fanservice and most of all lolicon just kind of all put me off...
It feels rushed...
The story is all over the place, it goes so fast
I have trouble really explaining why exactly but all these factors bring it down for me.
I guess I'm not the target audience.

Like sometimes I put up with lolicon or other less savory stuff if I like other elements of a story or just media in general but the story didn't even redeem it for me...

^ It's because it's an old doujin. There was a time when the games were everything Touhou fans had to go off of to write/draw their fan stories, and since the games didn't provide enough information about the characters' motivations and personalities, fanworks tended to be of this quality. They're just reflecting the humor of 2ch back then. There are exceptions, of course, but most Touhou doujins were full of dumb jokes that didn't age well and that seen in light of what is published now in, say, Strange Creators, really come across as immature and barely related to what Touhou is about.

I understand a bit better now
I'm a relatively new fan of Touhou
I first heard of Touhou through fucking DanTDM of all things, on that mod review that replaces steve's model with mmd models
I was a kid back then but I thought something along the lines of "wow those girls with the silly hats look cool" then I saw overdrive and it was so catchy and in 2019 I decided to investigate who these characters who have been following through all my terminally online childhood and became obsessed with them. I love Touhou now!
These characters were always around me I just never knew their names or where they were from, it's funny!
They've always been there! Like the same way Santa Claus is "there"! They are characters that have left their mark on my psyche forever. I imitated the ronald macdonald MAD so much without ever knowing what it was.
Even if I didn't really like this doujin, I think it's really cool to see a little capsule of a fandom at the time!

I was really excited for this, back then when I read the first chapter that is. Its been a lot since but totally worth the wait. Both yuri and fights are good, and the writing is creative. Dont think Ive ever seen monsters in gensokyo executed that way. Even though Im not a fan of incest this was pretty good overall.

Cant wait for the third chapter being translated!!! Wish I could learn japanese so I could just read every touhou manga xd.
