^It was from chapter 5 page 6 of "100 Days Until the President and New Hire Have XXX". It's still in the process of being translated, but fair warning from what people have said in the comments the series will end abruptly at chapter 20. From my understanding it was due to the author's health at the time. With that in mind though I always really enjoy Suzuki's art.

^I'm not sure about in series, but I think it would make sense for snow to count. Since once it lands on your skin it normally melts due to your body heat, becoming a liquid. Though maybe you need a certain amount of water to activate the curse conditions...?
