They appear in that music video, there's male and female versions. I might be wrong but I think they're supposed to be her "Jail Birds", which is the name she uses for her fans. So she's making out with her lady fans in this art if I'm understanding correctly.

^ mizuki (pink hair) is more implied to be transfem (MtF), but uses they/them in the english translation to keep the whole gender thing an implication through their story as it's a big part of their character

Asta's the same height as many of the other younger female characters but I always think of her as more petite for some reason.
