Unlikely, the cancellation was because of copyright concerns, as the images Shou traced were copyrighted. A small consolation is that the point at which the manga cuts off can sort of work as an ending, at least we were not left on a cliffhanger.

RIP. This was really excellent. It's a lot better than the vampire manga this author did.

this is probably the yuri manga i've reread the most atp. it just feels like such a short and beautiful encapsulation of a first sapphic love. it's a shame it had to be cancelled but it honestly adds to the appeal for me by being so short, it feels like the first steps of a lesbian relationship. (and it also reminds me of my first love that ended too suddenly lol)

The MCs are great, but the wingwoman sensei is just the best ever.

I heard about this manga being a cult classic for years and years before I finally got around to reading it, and honestly it lived up to the hype. I was really impressed with how quickly I got attached to the characters and their relationship. Watching these silly, horny teenagers falling in love just felt so human and realistic.

Probably my favorite yuri story for how direct and sweet it is. The way it got canceled is kind of crazy because it feels so outside of the usual reasons that stories get canceled lmao. In a way I wonder if it didn't help the overall quality of the story, by keeping it short and sweet? Perhaps there's an alternative universe where the story never gets canceled but starts dragging on for wayyy too long and people get sick of it and start seeing this as just another of "those".

it feels weird coming back to this knowing the whole issue that happened. but man i did like how the story was going. it felt very different from the school girl yuri at the time, less fluffy will they-won't they. surprisingly more mature. despite everything, i think where it got cancelled is a nice place to end off. i guess one thing i disliked is how all the characters looked similar, which made the whole tracing bit easier to spot i suppose.

This is a blast from the past. I remember not being able to figure out what the controversy was at the time.

Super cute series, super cute couple. Little bit of added realism with the violent homophobes in volume 2. Thankfully LesSensei and Yakuza daddy were there to intervene.

At least we got Vampeerz out of it.
