They went with the just friends ending for them. Through out the game they talked about ryza helping klaudia heal her mom illness and set up a lot of thing that would make them being together a good thing. klaudia being a travelling merchant and ryza being traveling alchemist. And how their goals are the same and ryza wanting to find an apprentice and klaudia needing to find a cure for her mom. Them at the end even acknowledging that traveling together is for the best instead just saying it would be for the best. But for some reason we wont and if we meet each other while travelling we might or might not travel together for a while if we don't we don't oh well. Also every other ship got together by the end even talked about one of the other characters parents getting back together. But for theses two nothing except klaudia talking about people asking her to marry them and saying she wants to be alone forever while still always focusing on ryza no matter what's going on like she has a crush on her like always. There's a lot more but I don't want to make this longer.
