same here. But i would say by the breasts they seemed to have at least 12+. Its just that the big heads made it seem like theyre 6 oO

Hm, but big heads are very common in manga. Nobody complains about Dai-oki's heads, for example.
I guess it's less common in hentai, since it tries to follow body proportions, but still. I've seen worse.

I have a question though, why does the date says it was released in 2009 and it just showed up here now? I mean, is it talking about the release OF THE TRANSLATION or the release of the actual oneshot in Japan? (sorry for my ignorance >.>)

Most likely the original release of the translation by the group. This comic has been on other sites for a long time now.
