The cover illustration is just that, an illustration. Not related to any one series afaict. The Artist tonito drew it for that issue of GirlsxGarden

In Chapter 4, the page labeled 005 is actually the first page of the chapter.

I hate when I find a story that perfectly fits my taste years later and then realize it’s canceled
