The hearts and messy handwriting did give me the freedom to interpret it like that, haha~ There's also the fact that from what I've seen from this artist in these past years, their version of You happens to be a bit on the immature side...

But TBH, the real reason I went for that line is because the original text is literally "Chika-chan I love you" and ain't no way I was gonna be able to fit that into the box:
