Knowing the show though, those 2 are maybe 26 seconds from being either horribly maimed or murdered.

Top right are Miyuki and Natsumi from the manga/anime You're Under Arrest, while middle right arer Kyoko and Misako from the game Kunio-kun (aka River City Ransom). In case it wasn't obvious, the tag list goes from top-to-bottom, left-to-right.
