Problem with that is Reimu puts absolutely zero effort into maintaining any relationship which results in her actually having a pretty small circle of people

(the site is legit, just looks a little old)
Anyway, it seems there are 3 volumes available for purchase in English somewhere, which may or may not be why there haven't been new translations here.

There are complete set of published english manga for this series. So I guess they stopped scanning in when that came out.
