Believable positions, believable positions, believable positions (yes, it's that important) and showing just enough that we can tell what's going on, but leaving something for the imagination - without having to censor anything in post. It helps that the anatomy is solid, too. Also, good lighting and shading, but that's more of a bonus. This is a good sex scene, that's all I wanted to say.

Agreed, I especially love subtility, however I didn't enjoy it as much as I should have. I think the main issue was the dialogue... However I still enjoyed it :)
