I just buy and read Vol.7 and no Rin and Sakura don't go camp together, they just happen meet each other at a café when both of them where on a road trip and even part ways just after. As for the picture context, Rin was worried because Nadeshiko didn't text her for a long time and thought ,because Nade was camping solo, that Nadeshiko had a problem so Rin make a detour to check her and Sakura happen to do the same and they both in a bush because they don'tNade to know they were checking on them and Nadeshiko is just trying to send them a photo.

You use the Upload Request feature in the dropdown menu by your name. Just fill in what spaces you can and of course no need to explain who the translator is if there isn't any text involved.
