Click the arrow under your profile name (top-right), this magical screen appears:

Click "Upload Request", fill out the form, the end. If you're the scanlator/artist/whatever, please make special note of that if not obvious. You can use the same form for images as well. Cheers.

Hm.... I made an image suggestion. it was obviously accepted(can't remember exact message), but "suggestion status" page is still empty. Shouldn't there be something no matter if image is "waiting", "refused" or "accepted"?

Suggestions Status is only for tag changes, assumedly cos keeping track of everyone's requests for manga/doujins is hard enough as is without having to inform everyone who submitted one about it.
