It's the same issue why you can't just number pages 1, 2, 3 etc. but have to mark them as 01, 02, 03 etc. if you reach double digits. When sorting in windows (and looks like here too) it doesn't see them as a numbers, but just as symbols and sorts them based on first letter/figure and total amount of symbols. Hence 10 is less than 1, but 01 is less than 10 and why 100 is less than 90.

I'm pretty sure Windows figured out numerical sorting over a decade ago.

I understand why it happens, that's not what I'm asking. I'd just like someone to fix it.

Whoops. I use Total Commander and assumed it sorts the same way windows do. I even checked it before posting just to make sure. TIL it doesn't.
