I headcanon that Maki is less of a morning person than Nico. However, if Maki spent a good amount of time exhausting Nico before they fell asleep, then I can see her waking up earlier.

That said, this work is utterly adorable. Soft and snuggly NicoMaki is my favorite NicoMaki.

None, so far. Kako mostly talks only to Bocchi, plus one conversation with Nako.

I merely thought of Mina (again, jokingly) because of the contrasts: one is laid-back and friendly, while the other is serious and actively un-friendly. You know, it's opposites like those that I really, really like.

Before I realized, I had imagined a full scenario about Mina falling for Kako (born from getting a tsundere reaction from her), and asking Bocchi for help to get closer to her, since she knows the most about Kako in the class.

And thus Ange, too, became a princess.

^^ Im gonna guess this is it. @Drpepperfan - you dont think this artists usual ones are the best they are capable of right? Its surely just a case of if you are churning out a 2 page comic strip every week or whatever, you really cant be spending the amount of time on every panel that drawing to this quality would take.

It IS a lot nicer looking :) But Im gonna guess we would get like a third or even less the output if they were done like this. I'd maybe go for the art quality over quantity myself tho :)

@ Lilliwyt - I wonder if they are younger here? (they have the same uniform, it doesn't look like a middle school uniform- and their top outfits look a bit too mature) or is it just a more chibby/moe art style? If you look at the earlier ones on the site, they do actually look a bit more like this (younger) than the currant ones. Has time actually passed during all these releases? I dont recall mention of them moving up years etc- but maybe they actually are older now?

They look super cute either way.

^^ Me either really- it seems cute and cool- and surely would work on a real human too?

Its basically just wearing a waistcoat and bow-tie with a more or less normal schoolgirl outfit that is coloured to match / suggest a tux? I think I'd loose the tails in RL tho- or at least shrink them a lot.

p.s obviously a schoolgirl outfit isn't gonna look good at a wedding for a mature woman tho- but if she is young enough, (especially still in actual school), it should work?
