I really, really wanted to love this series, but the normal idol stuff put me off it after those brilliant first two episodes. They managed to set a bar that came crashing down when the terrible CGI dancing reared its ugly head.

The terrible CGI is there for a readon (it's making fun of the terrible CGI in other idol shows, but it also shows that they're not very good yet). It goes away later, when the group has become better at performing
