^ Shame They sacked the director and all the staff quit - who knows if a new season will retain anything about it that made season 1 so likeable? Even the 3d and simple animation was part of its charm, and I'm sure it will have gone bigger budget and not look like that any more.

I don't know much about Kantai collection since it has no western release but I didn't know it had foreign ships, I thought they were all Japanese?

And why isn't she wearing her skirt lol. A prim and proper British ship wouldn't walk around like that.

And Ark Royal tends to get characterized as being Bismarck-crazy, so she's more concerned about being close to Bismarck than being prim and proper. And it's less that she's not wearing a skirt, and more that she's wearing a dress that's way too small for her (those are Max's clothes, and it's already a pretty tiny dress on Max to begin with).
